A report published by the Kumamoto City Board of Education in March 2024 shows that the 14 high school students who participated in the Youth Exchange Programme deepened their friendship with 14 high school students from Heidelberg, Germany, who visited Kumamoto, through opportunities such as nature experiences and activities using digital technology.
